Simple, light and smart
A simple stay, the way Paraty asks for it: colorful walls, wooden ceilings in the rooms and a courtyard with string lights to unwind at the end of the day.
Every room has a private bathroom, a fan and full bedding. There’s Wi-Fi, a fully equipped shared kitchen and a veranda, and our team speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish. No luxury — just what makes your stay work.

Before you book
Is breakfast included?
We don’t serve breakfast. The shared kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook, and there’s a bakery and grocery store a 3-minute walk away.
Is there parking?
We don’t have our own parking. You can park on the street for free, or at the paid parking lot right across from the guesthouse.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 2 pm, check-out by 11 am.
How does check-in work?
Before you arrive, we send the gate and room codes by WhatsApp. For your security, the codes go only to the phone number on the booking. Didn’t get them? Message +55 24 99869-9343 with the full name of the person who booked.
Is there air conditioning?
All rooms have a fan. Rooms 6 and 8 have optional air conditioning for an extra fee — ask us on WhatsApp.
Are pets allowed?
Only in Room 7 (family, up to 5) and only if the pet is included in the booking. Pets are not allowed in the other rooms. If this rule is not followed, the stay is cancelled at check-in with no refund.
Do you speak English or Spanish?
Yes. Our team speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Is there a minimum stay?
It depends on the dates. Holidays and high season may have a minimum — the booking system shows it as soon as you pick your dates.
